What is Industry4WRD Readiness Assessment?

Industry4WRD Readiness Assessment is a comprehensive programme to help company assess their capabilities and readiness to adopt Industry 4.0 technologies and processes. The assessment uses a pre-determined set of indicators to understand their present capabilities and gaps, from which will enable company to prepare feasible strategies and plans to move towards Industry 4.0.

2. How will Industry4WRD Readiness Assessment (RA) assist company in adopting Industry 4.0?

The Industry4WRD RA will help company to : a) Determine their level of readiness in adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies; b) Identify the gaps and areas of improvements for Industry 4.0 adoption as well as opportunities for productivity improvement and growth; and c) Develop feasible strategies and plans to perform outcome-based intervention projects.

3. What are the qualifying criteria for Industry4WRD Readiness Assessment?

a) Companies in the manufacturing or manufacturing related services sectors; b) Incorporated under Companies Act 1965 or Companies Act 2016; c) In operation for at least 3 years in the current business line; and d) Possess a valid business licence and/or Manufacturing Licence.
